GHHIA and the OACP recognize the need to train Homicide Investigators in an effort to meet the needs of the ever demanding and complex world of Homicide Investigation. In answer to these demands and adequacy expectancies please join us at the Homicide Investigators Workshop in the spring of 2006.

 

Workshop Theme

 

The main focus will be the training of all delegates in specific aspects of homicide investigation, supported by techniques and processes used in actual homicide investigations.

One afternoon will be entirely dedicated to new technologies that can be utilized in all police investigations.

 

The topics to be presented at the Workshop will be varied and informative including:

  • Domestic Murder Investigation
  • Pediatric Death Investigations
  • Equivocal Death
  • Electronic Crown Brief Preparation and Disclosure

The cost of the 2006 GHHIA Workshop is:

  • $450 if paid before January 31, 2006
  • $500 after January 31, 2006

The workshop registration fee is payable via the OACP web site by going to the OACP website (click here). You will be able to complete the registration information online or will have the ability to print a mail-in registration form. Please make note of your confirmation number as it will be required in order to book accommodations at the conference hotel.

    
 Cancellation Policy
There will be a $50.00 charge for a cancellation received before April 15, 2006. After this date, there will be NO REFUND for any cancellation.
